Greetings in the spirit of our Lord Jesus Christ. In view of the newly developed NACC Ondo State Chapter official website and online membership database, all registered serving Catholic Corps Members are hereby informed that online registration is compulsory for proper documentation and recognition in the NACC Ondo State Chapter database. This exercise applies to all members who have previously registered with NACC offline/physically. The purpose is to establish a well-structured and reliable database for accurate documentation of serving members and NACC alumni, and to ensure that members' records are properly maintained beyond their service year. 👥 WHO IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER? 1. Members Who Have Previously Registered With NACC All corps members who have already registered with NACC through the physical/offline registration process are required to complete the new online registration so that their existing membership details can be captured in the official online database. IMPORTANT: Members who have already completed their NACC registration offline/physically are NOT required to pay the ₦8,000 registration fee again. They are only required to complete the online registration and provide the necessary information for proper documentation. 2. Corps Members Who Have Not Previously Registered With NACC Corps Members who have not previously registered with NACC but are interested in joining the Association are required to contact the NACC Ondo State President directly and complete the necessary physical registration process before proceeding with the online registration. Any online application submitted by a person who has not completed the required physical registration shall be REJECTED. Online registration for new/non-registered NACC members will officially commence on 30th September, 2026. 📝 ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE Step 1: Visit the Official NACC Website Visit: 🌐 https://naccondo.org.ng/ Click on “Register” or “Membership Registration.” Step 2: Complete the Registration Form Carefully fill in all the required fields with your correct, accurate and up-to-date information. Members are advised to ensure that their names, NYSC details, contact information and other personal information correspond with their official records. Step 3: Review Your Information Before proceeding, carefully review all the information entered into the registration form and correct any errors or omissions. Step 4: Upload the Required Documents and Passport Photograph Upload all required documents and a clear, recent and presentable passport photograph. 📸 IMPORTANT: The passport photograph uploaded during registration will be used on your official NACC Membership ID Card. Therefore, members are required to upload a good-quality passport photograph suitable for an official identification card. Please ensure that the photograph: Is clear and properly focused. Shows your face clearly. Has good lighting. Is recent. Is properly captured and presentable. Does not contain other persons. Is not blurry, dark, excessively edited or poorly cropped. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: A POOR-QUALITY PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH MAY RESULT IN A POOR-QUALITY NACC ID CARD. Step 5: Carefully Confirm Your Registration Details Before submitting the form, ensure that all information provided is correct and that the required documents and passport photograph have been successfully uploaded. Step 6: Submit the Registration Form After completing all the required fields and uploading the necessary documents, submit the registration form. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE ₦8,000 PAYMENT FIELD: The ₦8,000 registration fee displayed on the online registration form is NOT active until 29th September, 2026. Members who have already completed their NACC registration offline/physically are NOT required to pay the ₦8,000 registration fee again. To complete the online registration before the payment becomes active, members should click on the ₦8,000 payment field and select any available option that allows them to continue without making the payment. Do NOT make any payment if you have already registered with NACC physically/offline. Step 7: Await Verification and Approval After submission, your registration details will be reviewed by the NACC Ondo State Chapter administration. Members are advised to ensure that the information submitted is accurate and verifiable. Step 8: Receive Your NACC Membership Credentials Once your registration has been successfully reviewed and approved, your NACC Membership Number and temporary Member Portal login credentials will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Members should check their inbox and spam/junk folder for the email. Step 9: Access the Member Portal Use the Membership Number and temporary password received via email to log in to the NACC Member Portal. On first login, members will be required to change their temporary password to a personal password. 📋 INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED Members should have the following information and documents readily available before commencing the online registration: 👤 Full name 📧 Active and accessible email address 📞 Active phone number 🪪 NYSC Call-Up Number 🎓 Course of Study 🏫 Institution attended 📍 State of Deployment 🏠 State of Origin 📍 Local Government Area 👨 Next-of-Kin information ⛪ Catholic/Parish information 🤝 Society/Parish membership information 👔 Leadership experience, where applicable 🛠️ Special skills 🤝 Areas of possible contribution to NACC 🔄 Redeployment information, where applicable 📸 Recent, clear and presentable passport photograph 📄 Other documents/information specifically requested on the registration form Please ensure that all information and documents provided are accurate, authentic and verifiable. 💳 IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATION PAYMENT FOR MEMBERS WHO HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED OFFLINE If you have previously completed your NACC registration through the physical/offline process: ✅ You must complete the online registration. ✅ You will not pay the ₦8,000 registration fee again. ✅ The online registration is primarily to capture your existing membership information in the official NACC database. ✅ Follow the instruction on the ₦8,000 payment field to continue without making payment. FOR MEMBERS WHO HAVE NOT PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED New/non-registered corps members who wish to join NACC should first contact the NACC Ondo State President and complete the required physical registration process. Online registration for new/non-registered members officially commences on 30th September, 2026. Any online application submitted without the required prior physical registration shall be REJECTED. ⏰ REGISTRATION DEADLINE All currently registered NACC members are required to complete their online registration on or before 29th September, 2026. Members are strongly encouraged to complete the process as early as possible and not wait until the deadline. ⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS 🔹 ONLINE REGISTRATION IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL MEMBERS WHO HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED WITH NACC OFFLINE/PHYSICALLY. 🔹 Members who have previously registered offline are NOT required to pay the ₦8,000 registration fee again. 🔹 The ₦8,000 payment option is not active for previously registered members until 29th September, 2026. 🔹 New/non-registered members must complete the required physical registration before online registration. 🔹 Any application submitted without the required physical registration shall be REJECTED. 🔹 New/non-registered members' online registration will officially commence on 30th September, 2026. 🔹 Upload a good, clear and presentable passport photograph, as the photograph will be used on your official NACC Membership ID Card. 🔹 Use an active email address that you can access, as your Membership Number and temporary Member Portal login credentials will be sent there after approval. 🔹 Provide accurate and verifiable information. 🔹 Keep your Member Portal login credentials confidential. 🔹 Complete your online registration before the stipulated deadline. 📞 FOR ENQUIRIES AND FURTHER INFORMATION For questions, clarification or assistance regarding the registration process, please contact: Malu G.
